Foye gives us his take on changes under the new coaching regime. learning a new defense and even his take on outside opinions versus what actually goes on in the huddle. The guys decide to switch up the format this week as they cover the Atlanta Falcons. They discuss the Eagles game in depth. Going in depth on the glaring hole at the LG spot as rookie Jalen Mayfield had a historically horrific performance. The gang talked about one of the bright spots of the game, which was the Falcons' backfield, as it was one of the biggest questions that we had going into the season. They graded Matt Ryan's game performance and talked about the receivers' performance as well. Lastly, they finished the episode with a preview of this Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. 

The gang opened up this episode with college football talk.  They dove into their favorite schools' games and their potential futures as Miami, UGA, and FSU were all a part of the games of the week. Then they dove deep into Falcons football as the NFL starts this week. They do a breakdown of the Falcons' potential positive and negative matchups against the Eagles in the first game. This week on the layup, the guys discuss what the Sixers would offer for Steph Curry. Then they dive into the legacy of Z-Bo and Tony Allen in Memphis, and how Minnesota only acknowledges their legends posthumously. They discuss Earl "the Pearl" Monroe's new school. Lastly, the fellas discuss the media money dispute between the Baltimore Orioles and the Nationals, and they finish with the Braves' incendiary infield bats as they become the 2nd team in MLB history with 25+ HRs this season.

The guys open this episode up with some NFL talk. They cover Ja'Marr Chase's screw up, how Cam got scammed by the Pats, and Justin Fields' "Welcome to the NFL" moment. Next, they kick off the Falcons segment by announcing the Josh Rosen signing after AJ McCarron's season ending injury. Then they discuss the second preseason game against the Dolphins and discuss the positives and negatives that they saw. The segment ends with a breakdown of the depth at the WR/TE group. Next up, the guys come out of the gate in the Suicide Squeeze with a discussion of how the lack of a salary cap hurts baseball. Also, they discuss how the Braves broke their winning streak against the Yankees. The Braves change the game by being the first MLB team to sponsor two college athletes for the NIL. Hilariously, they are using these athletes to help promote ticket sales because they're "motivated self starters." For the Basketball segment, the fellas start off with their favorite memories of the late, great Kobe Bryant. Then, they talk about how Nerlens Noel is suing Rich Paul after playing himself looking for a 100 million dollar contract. Lastly, Bleacher Report finally acknowledge has the best young roster in the NBA.  

The guys open up talking about the man, the myth, the legend, Tim Tebow, and how the Jags cut him after the first preseason game. The guys dive into the Falcons' first preseason game and the ups and downs from the game, and they analyze the depth in the secondary. In the next segment, the guys discuss Trevor Bauer's situation. Also, they delve into the Braves' insane hot streak in their rise to first place in the NL East.  In the last segment, the fellas discuss the documentary on the "Malice at the Palace". The guys also discuss some of the rookies after the NBA Summer League as well as criticizing sportswriters for their lack of knowledge in their articles and hot takes. 

The gang kicks this episode off with some baseball talk. The MLB has its first game at the "Field of Dreams". Plus, the Braves start to make a move to try to take the division. Next up, the Grits Blitz has the guys discussing one of our rivals as their star receiver wants out, and they discuss which team would be the best fit for him. The guys come out of break and dive deep into the Falcons' depth in the front 7.  Lastly, in the basketball section, the fellas talk about Luka's supermax, Schroeder playing himself for a much smaller deal, and they tackle the summer league and the talent of our young draft picks.

On this episode, the guys get the opportunity to talk with UGA's AD Josh Brooks. They dive into his past and his journey to becoming the athletic director at a major sports program. Plus, he discusses some of the things that he has to tackle at that position. Also, there is a little bonus, behind-the-scenes discussion after the live was over. First and foremost, the NFL season is here. The guys talk about the NFL as teams are going hard in camp right now. They discussed the Hall of Fame game and this year's HOF class. The guys talked a lot about Falcons football and the potential for the current roster. Baseball talk was short, but the guys discuss the record number of all-star caliber players that were traded at the deadline as well as the Braves' new moves. They also discuss the Braves finally surpassing the .500 mark after a whopping 109 games played as well as their record for mediocrity this season. The crew introduced a behind the scenes member in Brice and his new college football segment. Lastly, the guys talk basketball. They talk NBA, Olympics, and most importantly, Hawks Basketball, as the home team has managed to return most of the team from this past season.

On this episode of F&G, the fellas start off the show talking about MLB teams having fire sales, and the pieces that the Braves could use as potential trade bait to benefit from those fire sales. In the Grits Blitz, the guys discuss who really won the Julio trade. The guys have a special discussion as the United fired their coach Gabriel Heinze after he tried to destroy the team and prevent players from having off days or water during workouts. Lastly, the guys go in depth on the Bucks vs Suns series, and they finish off the segment about where CP3 is ranked all-time amongst the other great PGs in NBA history.

On this episode, the guys discuss the disappointing opening exhibition games for the US Men's Basketball team after losing to both Nigeria and Australia's National teams. They delve into whether Coach Greg Popovich is overrated or not. Then they talk about the NBA Finals series. They talked about the fate of John Collins after reports came out about teams potentially trying to steal him in free agency. In the baseball segment, it was All-Star week, and the guys discuss the excitement of the HR Derby and the MLB Draft.  They also dive into a discussion on Stephen A's comment on the foreign players holding baseball back in popularity due to many of them not speaking English. During the Grits Blitz, the fellas have a heated debate on whether or not the Falcons should look to draft the future at the QB position or wait until Matt is done to draft the heir apparent. Lastly, the guys play a game of "Guess the Backup" to wrap up the episode. 

On this episode, the guys discuss the NBA Playoffs and give some in depth analysis on the Hawks' amazing playoff run. They give insight on the direction that they feel the team should go to continue to play at that level and potentially improve.  In the baseball segment, they discuss the Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer and the legal situation that he is currently in. They also heap praise for the Braves' second Baseman, Ozzie Albies, as he was named NL Player of the Week and made the All-Star game as a reserve player. In the Grits Blitz, the guys discuss the Falcons moves as well as Aaron Rodgers' on going drama with the Packers organization. Lastly, the guys finish the show off by discussing the Olympics and their favorite events to watch.  

On this episode, the fellas talk about the NBA Playoffs and discuss the Hawks and their chance to potentially make the NBA Finals. They talk about the hate that most of the media spews toward Atlanta teams. They go over the list for the MLB HR Derby, and they heap praise to Acuna as he sets a franchise record. They finish off with discussing the Falcons finalizing the Pitts deal, and how the Falcons can return to being competitive this upcoming season.

On this episode the guys talk about the NBA Playoffs again. They talk about the emergence of Devin Booker and the rise of the Phoenix Suns. They breakdown the Hawks' game 7 victory against the Sixers. They discuss the Hawks and how they match up with Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals. They discuss the disappointing season that the Braves are currently having as well as the enforcement of the new foreign substance checks in the MLB. Lastly, they discuss the news from the Falcons' training camps and how coach Arthur Smith seems to already be changing the culture of the team. 

In this episode, the guys discuss the NBA playoffs and more importantly the Hawks win in game 4. They also discuss the new MLB punishment for pitchers against illegal substances, and they discuss the Braves' goal of freeing up cap space as well as fixing some of the holes on the roster before the deadline. They discuss the elephant in the room of who will step up now that Julio is gone, as well as some major position changes on the defensive side of the ball. They also talk about the results of the QB comparison polls that were posted on social media.  

The guys discuss the teams who are possibly interested in trading for Julio, and the changes the Falcons will have to make to their receiver depth chart. They talk about Tebow's return as a tight end, and how his return is encouraging other retired players to try to make a comeback.  In the NBA segment, the fellas discuss the playoffs, key injuries and their potential impact on their series, and the issue of the rowdy fans going overboard when interacting with the players. Lastly, the guys talk Braves baseball and the good, the bad, and the ugly of it. 

On this episode, Lionel makes a special appearance for the one year Anniversary. The guys discuss the dreaded Julio "I'm outta there" statement and the ramifications of this. They also talk about the NBA playoffs especially Game 1 of the Hawks vs Knicks series. Dr. Reuben also goes deep into his fight against racial injustice as well as all of the other things that he is currently working on.

We talk a little NFL news as we react to Ashley Solis making a public statement against Deshaun Watson. Then we move on to general NFL happenings and Falcons draft news. Is KD's latest beef with Shannon Sharpe legit or just another hoax? Jamal Murray goes down with a season ending injury - are the Nuggets done? Lastly when will the Hawks be fully healthy? In this episode, the guys have more technical difficulties. However, they have some good debates regarding the greatness of NFL legend and Hall of Famer Barry Sanders. They discuss women's basketball players versus the guys, and some Hawks talk as the hometown team has gone on a winning streak since the coaching change. Also, Marco confesses to his secret love for the 90s band N'Sync. 

The guys talk about the royal family dilemma the recent changes in the Hawks organization and what changes to look for in the Falcons offseason. Bonus: Find out who Micah resembles the most.

The guys talk about the potential draft options for the Falcons and do some analysis of the prospects. They also talk about the Hawks and the firing of Coach Lloyd Pierce as well as the upcoming NBA All-star game and festivities that come with it. There's some Braves talk as the Grapefruit league is underway, and the Braves' top prospects are vying to make the 25 man roster.

We Conti-ue our momentum into the new year and new season as we welcome Mike Conti onto the show and really get to know what inspired him to become who he is today. The guys get Mike's opinion on the state of the Atlanta Falcons, Hawks, and United.

The guys come back from their Atlanta sports induced depression and face their Atlanta sports demons. After having a nice big group cry, they get ready to talk about brighter topics - The Falcons??? After drudging through those two topics they look ahead to potential new coaches in the NBA, the Hawks possible draft choices, and if Lebron has enough power to delay the NBA season.

We discuss the potential matchup with the Dodgers, where the Braves have the advantages and disadvantages, and what we think the outcome will be. Also, we discuss the NBA finals and debate on whether or not Jimmy Butler is or has become a superstar with his performance thus far.

The guys talk about the Braves first postseason win in almost twenty years, the NBA playoffs, and then rehash and mend some fences from the destruction caused by the Falcons last Sunday.

The guys briefly cover the happenings in the MLB and NBA before getting to the disastrous Sunday that was the Falcons vs Cowboys. Mount Micah tries not to blow a gasket when talking about his beloved Falcons, and then the guys bring it back around and shed some positivity on the situation as they prepare themselves to get hurt again this coming Sunday.

The guys analyze the Falcons performance from this past Sunday vs the Seahawks, address where they think the issues lie, and talk about the outlook on the rest of the season. Things brighten up a little bit as they discuss the NBA playoffs, the Braves march to the playoffs, and give their choice for what movie and director would take their life to the silver screen.

The guys struggle through technical difficulties by all parties to get through this one. They welcome back Lionel from his scheduled game off (load management) to talk about the effects of Pity leaving United, if  the Braves current offensive surge is enough to make up for their pitching woes, and then we finally get to preview an NFL game!

The guys reflect on the recent losses of Chadwick Boseman, Lute Olson, and John Thompson with Bunkypants and what affect they all had on us.
