Join me as I take a coffee break with Claire Houston from @clairehoustontherapy to discuss eating disorders during this special awareness week. Claire is a qualified CBT (cognitive behavioural therapist) and then some. She specialises in eating disorders and I was amazed at just how little I knew about this complicated subject. We could have talked for hours, but had to settled on 90 mins as Claire took us through the most common disorders - Bulimia, Binge Eating and Anorexia. 

Claire provides us with some great tips towards spotting someone with an eating disorder or looking inwards to ascertain whether this is a path you're encroaching upon. We also talk about where people can get support, talk and work towards recovery.
