The host of this podcast Mike Cola has been a fitness trainer and gym owner for over 30 years he was one of the first generations of personal trainers in New York back in the mid-1980s.

He discusses the first gym he joined back in 1978 (an Arthur Jones gym) and works his way up to present day. His discussion is somewhat of a 30 year retrospective of how gyms were in the past and how they are today.
