What will make you happy right now?!  How long do you have to think? I don’t mean winning $10 million lottery.  I mean the little things that you can and want to do because you are worth it!! 😃 🎈🙌  Most people wait until the weekend to have fun or till the next vacation to do things that make them happy.  I encourage you not to wait till you retire or win the lottery but rather devote to doing more of what makes you happy everyday! Here’s a sample of my list:  - Meditate  - Go to the gym, run or brisk walk   - Write in my appreciation journal   - Laugh more  - Enjoy eating healthy meals  - A relaxing evening walk   - More & more fun 👍  Listen for more on how to.....

It was also named one of the best 100 books of 2017 by The Globe and Mail, and was shortlisted for the BC Book Prize, the Evelyn Richardson Non-Fiction Award, the Margaret and John Savage First Book Award – Non-Fiction.  For many years Pauline was a trusted voice on health and medical issues as the national health reporter for CBC News. Her reporting and documentary work has been recognized with many regional, national and international awards. She is a three-time recipient of fellowships from the National Press Foundation in Washington and is a fellow of the MIT/Knight Science Journalism program on medical evidence in Cambridge, Mass.  She currently teaches journalism and Assoc. Director, at the University of King’s College in Halifax, N.S., Canada.
