Todays episode I chat with my life partner Sheldon about his dreams, lessons and things he saw. I'll admit my dreams were way more explicit than his but he also doesn't dream as often as I do. Sheldon is used to chasing dreams and glossing over emotions but through some of his experience in real life he has come to see that life is so much more meaningful. My dream was all over the place, rich people and cabins that's all I will say, but from there I had a great session with my therapist that taught me a lot about how I look at people. The longest part of this podcast though is the part where we get into the idea that Black people are the original Hebrews... This week we have a new format, yes I've finally decided on a format that I'll use going forward. I'll share my extremely vivid dreams, what I learned about sound and why outrage is the weakest but most commonly used form of manipulation. This week I'm talking about trust. This is a space for building trust for myself  and really reflecting on why I didn't in the first place. Even though some of my biggest hindrances to building trust are my upbringing in Canadian Society, a message to myself from the past unveils I have a lot to be grateful for when it comes to my upbringing and the privilege I have due to it, but not in the way one would think of privilege. Everything is energy, but often we don't view money as such. Authenticity is a thing, but what does it actually look like when you're doing something that will eventually be consumed by the public? Ultimately, we're all going to have different meanings for authenticity, but I'll talk more about that in this week's episode and the implications that has for me as a podcaster who plans to do this long term this time...
