My Forgiveness Routine For INNER PEACE

This is my forgiveness routine for inner peace. This is what works for me, all you need is a pen and paper. My routine is about 15-20 minutes, Pick a topic or word you want to forgive and write it down for about 5 minutes, what ever comes to your mind write it down, then write down what you love about the topic or word, now through it out, and then meditate for 5 minutes, what ever comes to your mind, Forgive it and let it go, and you will find INNER PEACE.

Today I am forgiving my cell phone, what do you want to forgive?, Start with one small thing. This is my forgiveness routine, what works for me, you can change it in anyway to fit your lifestyle.
