Black Friday gave Sooner fans a reason to shout when their team triumphed 69-45 over the TCU Horned Frogs, wrapping up the regular season with a dazzling 10 wins and 2 losses. Although the Sooners put up a whopping 69 points, their defense gave up over 500 yards and 45 points to a less-than-stellar Horned Frogs squad.

The podcast discusses the Oklahoma Sooners football game against West Virginia Mountaineers where they won 59-20. Oklahoma quarterback Dillon Gabriel had an outstanding performance, passing for 423 yards and 5 touchdown passes. He also rushed for 3 touchdowns. This helped Oklahoma avenge their loss to West Virginia last season. Their record is now 8-2 for the season.
Oklahoma's defense was also impressive, led by Danny Stutsman. The defense held West Virginia to just 330 total yards of offense while racking up 644 yards themselves. The defense also had another goal-line stand.
Todd, Kellen, and Clay then discussed Oklahoma's upcoming game against BYU in Provo, Utah this coming weekend at 11:00 am central time. They believe that Oklahoma should be able to defeat BYU and still have a chance to make the Big 12 Championship game.

Analyzing the Oklahoma Sooners' Loss to the Kansas Jayhawks & Final Bedlam Predictions - Episode 100
In the 100th episode of the Foxx Den Sports Podcast, the team discusses the Oklahoma Sooners' 38-33 loss to the Kansas Jayhawks. The game began with a pick 6 by Dillon Gabriel, leading to a conservative game plan. The Sooners rushed for 269 yards, but only attempted 19 passes, including seven on the final drive. The Jayhawks scored 12 points and capitalized on 11 Oklahoma penalties to take down the mighty Sooners. While Oklahoma's chances of making the College Football playoffs remain uncertain, the Sooners cannot feel sorry for themselves as their "little brother" the Oklahoma State Cowboys host Oklahoma in the last BEDLAM game for the foreseeable future. Mike Gundy will prepare the Cowboys, while Brent Venables will hopefully do the same for Oklahoma. Sooners Escape UCF Scare in Norman, Upcoming at Kansas Predictions - Episode 99
In this thrilling episode of the podcast, Todd, Kellen, and Garrett dive deep into the Oklahoma Sooners' nail-biting victory over the University of Central Florida. After their recent triumph in the Red River Rivalry against Texas, the Sooners seemed to struggle in the first three quarters of the game, lacking focus. However, they managed to regain their composure in the fourth quarter and secure a hard-fought win, maintaining their undefeated record at 7-0 for the season.
The Knights from Central Florida did an exceptional job containing the potent Oklahoma offense throughout the game, but Dillon Gabriel's impressive performance as the Sooners' quarterback ultimately made the difference. Gabriel completed 25 of 38 passes for 253 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception, leading his team to victory. Additionally, Peyton Bowen's crucial quarterback sack on a pivotal third down played a significant role in turning the tide of the game. Despite enduring a last-minute touchdown scare, a missed 2-point conversion, and a heart-stopping onside kick, the Sooners emerged victorious, securing their seventh win of the season. A win is a win, regardless of the margin, and the Sooners currently hold the impressive #6 ranking in the country.
The dynamic of college football can change dramatically within a year, as evidenced by USC's recent struggles. Similar to the challenges faced by Lincoln Riley's previous Oklahoma teams, the Trojans have suffered two consecutive losses. In contrast, the Sooners' flawless performance has propelled them to a 7-0 record. While the USC Trojans stand at 6-2, they still have tough games ahead against Washington, Oregon, and UCLA.
