From the Heart

 This week I share the guided meditation for Creating a Place of Peace. One of the best ways to help our bodies and minds is meditation. Back in 2004, I gave a teaching on a very basic, but powerful, meditation. One that I have used since I was very young. It is called Creating a Place of Peace.
