Hey everyone! After a month-long hiatus for the much-loved f i n a l s  s e a s o n, Adriana and Marina are back with another episode! We highlight highs and lows of our first semester, offer advice to those receiving college decisions, and just bond over some memories and goals for next semester. We hope you enjoy!

This month, we talk about what it means to be inclusive in STEM at university/the workplace through anecdotes and stories that we learned in class! We brought in a cool guest speaker, Neil Mitra who spoke on his efforts to include minorities in the entrepreneurship space. We hope this episode inspires you to reflect on what inclusion/diversity means to you.
