Created by now defunct studio Ensemble Studios, creators of the Age of Empires franchise, Halo Wars looked to turn Microsoft's flagship First person Shooter into a Real Time Strategy title. In 2009 it seemed to of worked but fast forward to 2017 where Halo Wars 2 was on the horizon and to help people become acquainted a definitive edition was created. Now featuring Keyboard and Mouse Support along with all new graphics and a higher frame rate, does this console first RTS stand up to others in the genre? And the biggest question being should game pass Subscribers spend their time with the original or move right onto the sequel, Halo Wars 2 Halo Wars Definitive Edition is available on both Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC.

The Messenger
When it comes to nostalgia and games it can be a hard thing to nail. Enter The Messenger. The first game from developer Sabotage Studio. Not only is this game a great callback to games like Ninja Gaiden on the NES, but The Messenger is also a fantastic sidescrolling action game that mixes things up in ways the player just doesn't see coming. The music is fantastic, the game play is engaging, and the story will keep you laughing. This is a game you should pass on to your friends.
