Gamer Jesters Podcast

Sony had one huge showcase conference highlighting the upcoming games of 2022 and 2023. It was a jam packed showing and we have risen from the ashes to discuss everything shown and what we are looking forward to the most. We are also discussing some of the concerns we have with some of the games like Death Loop and the new God Of War. 

Last year Resident Evil 2 Remake was a runaway success! The hype levels were through the roof for the Remake of Resident Evil 3. Sadly the game did not live up to the hype. Even though it sold very well, it failed to match the critical success of its predecessor. We break it down this week and tell you why!
We also have our usual updates on some gaming news and rumors.

This episode we are talking all about everything that has been canceled as far as gaming events and how PAX EAST wasn't! Speaking of PAX EAST we talk all about what we experienced and what we liked and disliked about it. Then we are talking about the next generation of consoles and what you can expect from that. We take a look at a side by side of the upcoming Resident Evil 3 remake. We then are talking about our upcoming exciting Online Reality Game that you guys can take part of!  If you were hooked on the reality show The Mole this might interest you.  We finalize the podcast this week looking ahead to the big games for April 2020.

We start this week off by talking  about some TV and Movie news. Sonic's record breaking opening weekend, the latest on The Witcher, Stranger Things 4, Castlevania, The Mandalorian (and which WWE Superstar is rumored to be taking part).
We  move onto gaming news where we have updates on Resident Evil 3, The Sims 5, and A review of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot.
We close with a full breakdown of what you can expect to see at Pax East and some helpful tips to help make the experience much smoother if you are a first timer.

This week and ironically enough this episode got delayed from when we were planning to release it but we are looking at everything that is delayed.
We are talking about all the big titles that were pushed back in recent months including, The Last of Us Part 2, Animal Crossing,  Resident Evil 3, Kingdom Hearts DLC, Watch Dogs Legion, and of course one of the biggest Cyberpunk.
In particular we discuss why we think Cyberpunk might be using their delay as an actual launch strategy rather than to fine tune everything.
We conclude the episode by talking about some of big and bold predictions of 2020. Everything we want and expect from Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft and PC. 

We are taking a look back at the decade that was the 2010s and we are giving our personal top 10 lists of the best games of the decade.
Both of our lists had a fair share of snubs and surprises. Then we take a look at the worst which might have even more big shockers!

We have huge news on FFVII that you don't want to miss. We talk about the new Terminator game. Rockstar is working on something that may not make very many of their fans happy. Apex Legends Season 3 is about to begin what can you expect? Destiny 2 is going Free to play and we have the details. We discuss the record breaking downloads that made Mario Kart Mobile Tour the most successful day 1 mobile game, as well as how Borderlands 3 changed the game to become the best selling 2k game.  Sony made a shocking announcement that many fans knew for a while and we settle the debate once and for all even after getting listener feedback.  Then we conclude by talking about the biggest announcement from State of Play which was the Last of Us Part 2.

This week we have a lot to talk about. We are talking about the drama surrounding Disney and Sony over Spiderman. This week is a slow news week. We do have some updates on Cd Projekt Red and what they are planning to do with the Cyberpunk Series. We also discuss how in depth Watch Dogs Legion will be. The big plans that GOG has to compete with Steam and Epic. How incredibly well Super Mario Maker 2 did on launch and then we get into the worst part about gaming, GLITCHES.

We talk about the worst of the worst of the glitches when we discuss Friday The 13th, Battlefield V, Camper Jumper Simulator and a few more and how this impacts our overall feeling towards the game on if we like it or dislike it. 

We are back after the post E3 depression. Harry Potter Wizards Unite has launched but well below expectations and we discuss that. We also discuss the most disliked games of E3 and offer some insight as to why they were trending in the negative. Twitch has introduced a new Sub stream model only and we look at the pros and cons. We then close the show off by discussing our Question of the week which is "What game did you buy multiple copies of and why?"

E3 2019 is behind us and for our Season 3 opener we talk about the highs and the lows. What games impressed us? Who had the best showing? Who did we think had the worst?

Then we move onto some movie and tv news where we are talking about Angry Birds 2 and a new venture from Sony called Playstation Productions and their first franchise they are doing is Twisted Metal. We wrap things up discussing everything we have found out about The Sims 5.

What a week! We have so much gaming news to discuss this week. World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, The Super Mario Maker 2 Direct, Ubisoft and a huge rumor regarding some Rare games. 

This week we were treated to a surprise State of Play. We of course talk about the highlight being Final Fantasy 7 Remake and what we can expect from that. We have some updates on the latest from Friday the 13th (including the lawsuit and where they are at with it)  and Dead by Daylight. We talk a bit about Apex Legends and the latest bans people are getting. We talk about the Wii and how some of its bigger titles are still selling incredible numbers for a console that hasn't been relevant in almost a decade. We discuss the latest video games being inducted into the Video Game Hall of Fame. Share some movie updates, talk about Snapchat's latest entry into the gaming market and then hype our upcoming interview with an independent gaming studio, and our latest giveaway.
