Always wanting to understand even more of the Mindset of Elite Performers, I took this opportunity to speak to Mark Foster about his driving force, what advice he could give to others and clearly, how I was going to get the 'win' next time we played golf!
Mark achieved so much in his swimming club, set no less than EIGHT world records as a freestyle/butterfly sprinter, 11 European Championship Gold Medals, 2 Commonwealth Golds and competed in an amazing no five Olympic Games.
