Usman Iftikhar

Usman Iftikhar is a systems entrepreneur, passionate about utilising the power of entrepreneurship to collectively solve the global climate emergency and the global refugee crisis. He's the co-founder and CEO of Catalysr, a startup pre-accelerator in Australia, which empowers migrant and refugee entrepreneurs (aka migrapreneurs) to launch their own startups.  In their first 4 years, Catalysr has supported 273 migrapreneurs launch 110 enterprises.

Usman is a 2020 Stanford GSB alumnus, a 2019 Obama Leader, Westpac Social Change Fellow, 2018 AMP Tomorrow Maker and Singularity University's GSP 2017 Fellow.

She is a member of the Federal Government's International Skills working group and the COAG STEM Partnerships Forum, Deputy Chair of the National Youth Employment Body Advisory Group, and a member of the VET Stakeholder Committee.
