Instead of treating the symptom, why aren't we treating the cause?

It's strange to think that the more body fat we carry, the more hungry we feel, even though we have larger stores of spare energy. What drives your hunger?

Myth Busters - You need to eat more to lose weight?!
During a recent call with 5000 online personal trainers, one of the coaches told me his client wasn't eating enough to lose weight, so he'd upped her calories to help her to lose weight.
This is another myth that needs putting to bed. If you're gaining weight you're eating too much - simples!!
Most of the time when a client is telling me what they're eating, yet still gaining weight, then it's quite simply under reporting or overeating.
