Taking the pressure OFF
When we choose to change and how that looks like for our future self... It's not all rainbows and butterflies, change takes time and learning a new way of being and or reacting takes time too. The old you WILL show up and that is okay, accept it, apologise to yourself or the other party and learn from that experience. We have enough pressure in the world so dont go putting MORE on yourself by trying to be perfect in everything you do. YOU are doing amazingly! X

Meditation 101
In this episode, I'll be sharing with you HOW you can start your meditation practice in a short and sweet way. With all the craziness that is going on around the world with country's going into full lockdown and being banned from seeing loved ones and friends, it is SO important for us to keep our mental health in check. Meditation is something that CAN and WILL help you if you commit to it. This practice I'm sharing with you is simple and easy so even if you are a newbie, you can ace it! We are all in this together and we need to make sure we do what we can to keep one another healthy and SANE, be sure to reach out to one another via phone or messenger and let those you care about KNOW you are here for them and while you're at it encourage them to try meditation as well.
