In today's episode, I am joined by Kimberly Schaub, host of PeasOnMoss, and Research Chef/Senior Food Scientist working in business development for Griffith Foods. We talk about how she became interested in food sciences, what her path was to becoming a Research Chef, what the job entails, and how she started PeasOnMoss. She also talks to me about my job working for Isinglass Estate Winery, the history of winemaking in the midwest and its impact on global winemaking, and what my ideas of success in my job are.

Sindhu specializes in therapy for children and transgender individuals but is able to provide therapy for anyone in need.  We discuss Sindhu's own struggles with mental health and how that lead her to want to become a therapist, some of the signs to look for to know if your child might be transgender, the importance of therapy for everyone, and so much more!

For the 50th (!!!) episode of The Get Rich Podcast, I bring on Kyle Johnson: Co-Founder and COO of Business Services Collective. We discuss why Kyle ended up switching from going to school to be an artist to starting a non-profit, why they decided to go the non-profit route, how they try to help underserved communities to dismantle some of the systematic issues, the importance of bookkeeping and paperwork in the construction field, and so much more!

Business Services Collective is a 501(c)3 non-profit that works with diverse neighborhood construction businesses in the Chicago area, creating a shared back office, enabling entrepreneurs to delegate administrative tasks and focus on growing their business.
