In 2004, actor Geena Davis founded the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media. It works to mitigate unconscious bias and fosters inclusion and equality in entertainment and media. It is one of the top global research-based organizations. Data-driven research educates others and empowers people like you and me who are trying to make some meaningful change.
