I accepted the challenge 75 Day heart; no alcohol, clean eating, 1gallon of water, a cold shower everyday, 2 workouts, 10 book pages, 3 power list goals. Daily no exceptions plain work and much dedication I’m literally going to give it all But you know what I know I CAN do it.

Life is not trying you and is not putting a challenge in front of you,0 this is a process the process of you becoming who you will be to accomplish the things that you want to accomplish if you see failure I rely on the way that is the biggest lesson any views you successes along the way keep wanting more

Don’t let anybody put you down no matter if it’s your family friends best friend or a girlfriend/boyfriend. You deserve happiness, focus and support not criticism.

We all start somewhere and about a year ago I started green bites, I was overthinking about how people will buy this, started executing my goals and slowly but surely this business grew to the point that I can really say that people that asked me why am I doing this started asking how can I get get involved? Start today by doing not overthinking

Success is the best revenge but is it?what about when you find happiness, when you have inner peace and when you don’t care about what others... but your own happiness decisions ,thoughts and goals people don’t matter when you focus on yourself you know who matters? you❤️

We always have goals in front of ourselves but when do you put a mirror in front of yourself and recognize how much you come, how far you want to go and how much effort you been giving today sit back for a minute and realize what a champion you are and how much there is out there for you, recognize that you made mistakes but you still trying your best and that’s all it matters.

Yesterday we had a killer event and I bust my ass all last week trying to put this together in the process I had two people ;the ones that were supporting me and the ones that laugh at what I was doing and were the first one clapping when they heard good news.

Overthinking freedom and labeling those three things have killed all my past relationships don’t let these three kill yours.!

Everything starts with an idea, followed by execution from your side , obstacles will show up on your way and success will be the result of your effort to be better,do better and achieve more.

Today I wanted to talk to you guys about three pieces of wrong information that we get from people around us, we still consider them and we still find them important.

Break down your plan and keep grinding it out, slowly but surely everything happens you just have to do it.

2018 was great and 2019 will be great

We all have a family friends and people that influenced us daily But What if I tell you that they’re wrong. The meaning of happiness is finding yourself and doing what you love and listen to what other people’s train you to do will not get you there.

Back in the day when I was in Peru 🇵🇪 I remember all I wanted was a Nintendo, my parents couldn’t afford it right away and this taught me a great lesson, be grateful for the roof on top of you, the food you have everyday and the clothes you wearing.👏 MARIAs Restaurant this Saturday 👏

Focus on what’s important (the positive and never in the negative) you’ll see that been grateful for what you have is incredibly strong 👏
