In this podcast episode, I connect the primal roar within us to relationships and the intimate violence I experienced. I read my poem, Rage. As I and many like me unlearn violent relationship dynamics as we heal and uncover like onions more layers that are protecting the inner flame. Women have been taught to suppress their anger. As a mother I know I have had to teach myself how to let myself and my children creatively or even blatantly express our rage. We all have suppressed rage through eons of generational trauma, it might even be the root of the inner critic, not being good enough, people pleasing, and more. Witnessing rage is frightening. Kali is within you. Voicing your rage within your womb is honoring her presence and her wisdom. Expression opens up to empowerment and transmutation into individual and collective creative power. Take the fire to access and harness your magic.

As a continuation of my last week's podcast episode, stepping into all that we are and can be is the invitation. Healing core wounds, acknowledging them, and allowing them to move through us so that we can truly ascend into pure love. Remembering that we are all that we need, is important today. Focus on your goals and know that you are divinely protected. Your voice, art, and presence are needed to heal you and the earth.

Affirmations, making minor changes, self-inquiry, and having a vision help to shift and transform you. Self-inquiry is such an important part of personal development and honestly doing the inner work. Each moment you do something different helps to shift your whole life every so slowly just like the moon shifts in a 28-day cycle, our wombs shift and our minds and emotions shift. The more conscious we are of the shift helps we are to transform and ultimately shift the energy of the planet. Remember it is not your duty to shift the planet though as you shift yourself the tapestry of the energy changes. 

In this episode, I invite you to balance your energies to step into full alignment with your chakras and inner peace. This New Moon in Virgo is opening us to balance within and with the Divine. Releasing old thought patterns and leaving old relationships helps us to realize epiphanies that open us up to our universal wisdom and unique soul codes. Grounding these energies helps us step into the New Earth and receive higher vibrations of love that bring our hearts and souls together.

I am inviting you into this space as well. I honor you and witness you in all of your choices. As we stand together, to be honest, and true with each other we create a new fabric of love that ripples throughout the planet. We open our hearts to vibrate at a higher frequency. Use your anger, boundaries, and creativity to uplevel to higher states of consciousness.
