DADDY, ARE YOU THERE?
Issa whole episode on parenting people!
So Cathy decided to gallivant and live out her soft life dreams - this episode finds her at Kalangala Island (L.Victoria) while at a retreat with the rest of her teammates from Fun Factory. Think beautiful beaches, sand and cocktails - eh maama. As for Solaire, she was left alone & frightened in the dusty city of Kampala.
Isaac Kuddzu & Destinee Mutasa join Cathy to talk about what being a father looks like for them and their views on parenting in this new era - is that a cause of entitlement?
Enjoy listening to the episode!

CALL IT BY ITS NAME - HARASSMENT
It's going to be a hot one today.
The girls tackle a topic that was considered an open secret but rarely discussed, and even when it was - it was very clinical - sexual harassment.
Does the topic make you feel squirmish ? Did you just roll your eyes because you're so over it? Or did this trigger a memory you would rather forget?
Whatever the reason may be - we hope that you give this episode a listen. Hopefully it will provide insight for those who need it and that would be all of us.

SEPTEMBER EDITION
Fam, how are you doing?
WE are soo dry. After being MIA and the latest lockdown - we are back on the grind.
Cathy's off on a location shoot so Solaire's all up in her feelings - alone, frightened and feeling abandoned. (She's the drama queen, remember?)
She's going off a tangent and walalaing for you but it will be a good one - we promise. We're going deep - with health scares, feeling blue and getting motivation to get back into the swing of things. We hope you'll be motivated to share with us how you've been getting back and adjusting to life on the outside.

LOCKDOWN SERIES - CHECK IN
Good people - we hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe.
Currently in Uganda, in response to curbing the spread of the pandemic wave, we are going through our 2nd lockdown (42 days). It's deja vu 2020 with limited movement, private & public transportation on hold and a lot of grief. We've lost loved ones, we are taking care of those who are ill and wondering what the future holds for us.
We were not sure if we were going to record anything given all that is going on but on further reflection - we thought it may be of some comfort. Especially now when we are in isolation (infected or not), we need to remind each other that this too shall pass. And while we are getting through this, we will check in just to say hello.
Sending you love and light - virtual hugs as always

We go over the challenges many people face as they try to level up only to be caught in the black tax cycle.
Enjoy!
