Cara Ruetz is an acclaimed model, actor, and founder of The Art of Wellness Society. Cara shared the behind-the-scenes of the modeling industry, and finding your niche in the wellness world.
Just as Cara’s career in film and fashion was taking off in LA, she was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism, an autoimmune disorder that can wreak havoc on your body in myriad ways.
