The Importance of Godly Friends
What do you do when you realize that you have moved on from your friendship? I have been there so many times. When you have been pouring your life into the word of God, He will reveal who is supposed to be with you in the next journey. It is ok if you grow past your friends. It's ok for you to walk away. God wants to be able to bring people into your life that will sharpen you and point you back to Him. If you don't have that, then you need to seek the Lord and ask him to send you people who will help you rise up, not bring you down
Hope with Kirsy Rodriguez
Meet Kirsy Rodriguez, a 41-year-old resident of Port St. Lucie, Florida, with an unwavering passion for her faith in God. Despite navigating life in a wheelchair due to a spinal cord tumor, Kirsy sees her disability as a powerful tool to share the message of Jesus Christ and the hope he brings. With a background in mental health and human services, Kirsy loves interacting with others and offering assistance wherever possible. A dedicated member of her church, she volunteers as an altar prayer team member, finding joy in partnering with others for prayer. Beyond her spiritual journey, Kirsy unleashes her creativity by crafting reels, often with a humorous touch, to advocate for people with disabilities and educate the public on related issues. For Kirsy, faith is the cornerstone of her existence, driving her resilience, creativity, and commitment to making a positive impact.
Hope with Tracee Schaeffer
Hey ya’ll, Tracee here. I am a child of YHWH, mother of 10, wife to my Grizzly, and loving friend of many. I love to use the skills YHWH had blessed me with to dig deep into His word, spreading His Truth as far and wide as I can, managing my home && Herd of 10, and helping other mommas learn how to be good stewards of their time. I am most passionate about walking out His Word && guiding women through pregnancy/birth/early stages of motherhood as a doula. I strive daily to stay in obedience to our Father while seeking the joy He has given us here on Earth. When I am not studying or working, I love to spend my time gardening, tending to my chickens, carting my children to and fro for their extra curricular activities, and reading.
Hope with Jessica Williams
Jessica C. Williams is the founder of Warrior Women in Christ, LLC. She is a wife to Brian, a mother to four beautiful children, a podcaster, a best-selling author, and an ordained minister! Jessica was born and raised in Detroit, MI, and later, with her husband and children, took a leap of faith and moved to South Carolina. She has a heart and passion for helping women. She is a Christian who loves encouraging, motivating, praying, and assisting others to use their voice for a greater purpose! As an overcomer of many past traumas, from others and self-inflicted, Jessica learned how to heal from her past wounds through Christ Jesus and the power of story. It's in this part of her journey that she began to redefine her life's narrative as her healing was no longer just her own but for her children, for those that are still holding on to brokenness, unforgiveness, shame, toxic relationships, addictions, lack of faith, fear, and rejection. Her "Yes" to Jesus meant dying to her old self, embracing pure love, forgiveness, joy, hope, peace, grace, and mercy through God. It meant facing her own truth, including the good, bad, and ugly. It meant no longer living in silence, boldly sharing the gospel of Christ Jesus, and using her God-given gifts and talents for His kingdom. God has Renewed Jessica, and her prayer is that he will do the same for many others.

Hope with Carol Bevil
As a daughter of the King: I believe God’s grace and the gift of His Holy Spirit empower us to authentically transform. Only through ignited, obedient faith in Christ can our minds be renewed and our hearts change. I believe we are each fearfully and wonderfully made, His image-bearers, and when we seek the Kingdom first, we trade in the ashes of this world and self for the fullness and freedom of a surrendered life. I believe our purpose is simple: to KNOW Jesus and use our gifts and endeavors to make Him KNOWN.
Welcome to Fuel Your Body, Feed Your Soul. I am so glad you’re here.
xoxo, Carol

Hope with Carol Bevil
Carol Bevil is co-founder of Fuel Your Body, Feed Your Soul, a God-first approach to nutrition, body image, and food relationship. FYBFYS is founded on Romans 12:2 and focuses on renewing the mind before transforming the body.
Carol is wife to Chris (23 years), mother to four (Will, 20; Hannah 18; Katherine 13; Olivia 11), personal trainer, cycling performance and nutrition coach, Carol has been in the health and fitness industry for 30 plus years. She holds multiple certifications in cycling, personal training, and nutrition and has dedicated her career helping others believe all things are possible. Years of coaching and seeing the diet and wellness industry become false idols, destroying women’s peace and stealing their joy, led her to create Fuel Your Body, Feed Your Soul: a place where tuesday transformation is uprooted and replaced with the Biblical truth of Romans 12:2.
Carol was raised in a Jewish family, but felt Jesus’s pursuit the whole of her life. Stubborn and willful, she begrudgingly attended church with her husband and constantly pestered the Pastor. One Sunday he challenged her to read the Old Testament and look for Jesus. There He was….on every page. She was baptized at the age of 40 and has spent the last 13 years doing her best to surrender her willful spirit (sometimes multiple times each hour).
