Today I go over the delivery process I use to go from Idea to execution in 8 weeks. I give a high-level overview of of the  kick-off, design, develop & test, deploy and evolution. I also discuss when I use accelerators to speed up the delivery process.

Today we're talking about what happens after the MPV, and wether you should Enhance, Pivot or Abandon. We talk about how the way you think about the evaluation period after you've delivered will setup the way you think about the MVP you're going to build.

I'm reading Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday (NOT Ryan Holland as I said in the podcast) and reflecting where Ego has lead me, and what it means for the teams we lead.

TLDR; A MVP, or Minimum Viable Product is a product which has been developed with just enough features to test a business idea. It’s focuses effort on your core business proposition and limits risk when an idea is unproven.
