124: Cycles and seasons
123: Can we do it today?
122: Why should I meditate?
Ever consider meditation and just can't convince yourself to make the time? Here's a personal story of what meditation can do.
121: The hourglass
My goal is to attempt to experience as many moments in my life fully, as if trying to feel every grain of sand passing through the hourglass.
120: You are okay where you are
Ever judge yourself for how judgy you are? Ever think a thing and think of how bad of a person you must be to think that way? Listen in for compassion. You can't judge yourself out of being judgy.
119: Stronger than you were
When we heal, we become stronger than we were before the original wound. We might never be the same again, but it could be that we are better than we ever were.
118: Body of Work
We can combat the moments when we aren't so great by looking at our overall body of work.
117: When will I be okay?
Are you waiting for something to make you okay? New living situation? New partner? Getting out of some current situation? What about time? Are you waiting for a certain time to come when you'll be okay? The end of the workday? The workweek? Retirement? The only time to be okay is now.

95: Stop the thoughts
94: How does it taste?
93: New Year's resolutions
92: The 2 voids
There's two voids in life. One we fear greatly. That would be the void after dying. The other, we never even really think about. Is it easier to accept the second void if we know we have already been through the first?
91: What are they going through?
90: Salena's 14 years
Happy to post Salena's 14 year anniversary. Enjoy.
89: First and 10
Do you get overwhelmed at the idea of having to take on a new challenge? That you might screw it up? That you might fail? Maybe looking at it from the perspective of american football will help ease your mind.
88: The devil working overtime
Ever notice how when you try to live better there's a ton of temptation? It makes us feel at times that we can never escape the grasp of whatever vice. Yet, I think those temptations are actually a sign that we are doing great. The negative thing is losing us, and is working harder to try to keep us. Maybe that means when we are tempted we are actually winning.
87: Poop karma
Do you know what karma is? Do you really? Are you sure? Many of us get it wrong from the way it's portrayed in pop culture. So presented here is a story of karma, as told in relation to poop. An incredible tale of how we end up wallowing in our own feces if we do it wrong. A big thanks to Jenny for contributing this story.
86: The price of love
Is love really free? I argue that it's not. The price of love is deep. Will you still choose love when there is a cost?
85: Step 11 share
Here is yet another share, but it's slightly different than the normal for me. I attempt to talk about step 11 of the 12 step process. Enjoy.
84: We are more than 1 measurement
Are you deciding your worth with just one measurement? Is it the scale? Is it your ability to keep a partner? Your current job? Maybe we could kindly remind ourselves that 1 measurement is not enough to see a whole picture.
83: Making decisions
It's hard to make decisions. Pressure to get it right. Pressure to know what you want. And saying yes to one thing means saying no to all the alternatives. Be easy with yourself when decisions seem tough, they are.
82: Respect everyone
Do you look down on people for their "position" in life? Maybe we would do better to look at what they do as hard, so hard in fact, that we were willing to do work to avoid it.
81: Second Anniversary
Here's a share from my good friend Jason G., celebrating his 2nd year.
80: Don't think
Thinking can be the enemy. We give our thoughts so much power, and we tend to let them stand in the way of what needs to be done. We are tired, we don't want to, we have other interests. Sometimes, we wait to feel like doing something in order to do it. But that's not going to work. We have to do it in order to feel it. Get moving and don't think, just do.
79: Can I accept where I am?
Have you boxed yourself into a definition of who you are? Are you struggling to do something you normally do, and feeling like something is wrong because you aren't doing it? Could it be that you are just in a different place and doing different things right now? Can you accept where you are?
78: Share from the unity retreat
Just another share that says pretty much what all the other ones do. Enjoy.
77: Are you differentiated?
Murray Bowen's Family System Theory is still important in the world of family therapy. He delves into explaining how deeply we are impacted today from the family of origin, and whether we developed optimally. Are you differentiated from your family of origin?
76: I'm always home schooled when I'm paying attention
The only time I'm not learning is when I'm not actually present. If my mind is elsewhere, I won't learn a thing. But when my awareness is front and certain, everything is a teacher, and I am able to be a student of the world.
