This bad boy was a four hour extravaganza that came on two VHS tapes, so we're splitting WrestleMania 4 into two shows accordingly.

This one has a little bit of everything, including a battle royal for a trophy and a 14 man elimination tournament for the vacant world championship. Get ready for the greatest happening in history as we hop in the time machine and go back to March of 1988.

Plugged for months as TNA's Super Bowl, World Series, Final Four, and Stanley Cup all rolled into one, the first Bound for Glory does deliver some good action and is a candidate for show of the year, although the competition isn't very stiff (...ughh yeahh).

The show kicks off with Samoa Joe taking on Jushin Thunder Liger. Elsewhere we get a Four Way Monster's Ball Match, a hell of an Iron Man Match for the X Division title, and a three way Ultimate X match with a shot at the gold on the line.

Double J has regained the title since we left off, and he'll be facing somebody in the main event. The championship committee can't seem to make up their mind on a number one contender, but there will be a world title match. Listen along to hear how it all plays out....

The show was headlined by a five star classic for the X Division Title, with champion Christopher Daniels taking on Samoa Joe and AJ Styles in a three way dance for the ages.

Elsewhere, we get Raven defending the heavyweight title against Rhino, we got Sabu and Abyss going at it, and we got a four way elimination match for the tag team titles. Show of the year? Listen and find out...

No titles are on the line, so this one kind of just feels like another show, though there is some good action, including AJ Styles and Samoa Joe clashing for the X Division Cup and a title shot at the next PPV. Elsewhere, we get a battle of the big fellas as Lance Hoyt takes on the Monster Abyss, Jerry Lynn takes on Syxx Pac, and in the main event, we have Double J teaming with Rhino to take on NWA Heavyweight Champion Raven and the suicidal, homicidal, and genocial Sabu. If Double J pins Raven he gets a title shot and if Raven pins him, The Chosen One doesn't get a shot for a year.
