Our bodies are sensitive how can we view taking care of our self as pleasure, as joy, as devotion? rather than punishment.
You don’t deserve to suffer, how can we take our pain as a lesson but not view it as a punishment.
We didn't do anything wrong but we can do a lot of of things RIGHT to move in the direction of health.
Some things can’t be healed with energy alone we have to make physical changes in order to make a difference in our everyday reality.

Healing Meditation Practice for Nervous System Relaxation and Building Feelings of Inner Peace and Unconditional Love. Joy and Peace are just as valuable and important emotions as Grief and Pain, it’s okay to take space and time to feel all of our emotions. It’s okay to have Joy and Hope for the future even when the future feels very dark. Today on the podcast we are sharing a guided meditation to bring us into our body and share the feeling of unconditional love with ourselves and the world around us. This meditation begins with a body scan, some feelings based meditation and ending with a short guided visualization to send love into your body, your spirit and the world around you. For this practice I invite you to get a journal and write down your feelings after the meditation is done.
You will be seated upwards or laying down whatever is going to make you most comfortable. If you like you have play some soft relaxing music in the background or simply focus on the sound of your breath. The meditation begins @ 7 mins

Selfish Season: Shamanic Remembrance, Psychic Awakening & Healing Family Wounds with Geselle (S2E13)
This week on the podcast we're having a conversation with Geselle of Siente Mas, New York based Intuitive Energy Healer. Talking about Reiki, Shamanic Healing, connecting and healing with the Angels thru Integrated Energy Therapy, and how the process of healing yourself ripples outward to those around you.
Geselle talks about her experience finding Reiki to eventually studying Reiki and continuing her healing work through self exploration, then going onto work with clients thru virtual healing sessions.
How Reiki led to exploring other realms of energetic healing, sparking psychic and mediumship development, shamanic activations, and later finding IET. Geselle shares her experience with receiving Reiki for the first time, getting her Attunements, and how that benefitted her and took her down unexpected pathways, like learning her great grandmother practiced shamanic healing, channeling Mother Earth, and helping clients process their own healing experiences.
Geselle also happens to have studied some of her Reiki training with me * :) and I'm proud of her
We also talk about how working with Reiki and Shamanic Practices in her personal healing opened up opportunities for healing within her family dynamic and her relationships to her parents, deepening her connection with her brother and some stories about practicing Energy Healing with her family.

2:10 Angel Face Halloween Special: Physical Mediumship, Spirit Boards and Facing Your Fears with Suzanne
In this weeks Episode were getting SPOOKY in honor of Halloween Season, in this conversation we are discussing physical mediumship and some of the tools and practices connected to receiving messages and physical confirmations from Spirit. Suzanne breaks down some of these techniques and her experiences while practicing. Going over practices such as Flame Reading, Trumpet Readings, Spirit Board Connections, Automatic Writing, Table Tipping, and Channeling, and Grace shares some of her stories using the Ouija Board and of course we talked about levitation and fun "games" we play as children, such as Light as a Feather Stiff as a Board.
We talk about fear, facing your fears, and horror as a symbol of our underlying root fears, cycles and metaphors of fear, and what is behind the mask, ending this conversation with a energy healing visualization created by Suzanne and Grace to allow us to face our fears, bring in inner child healing, and reconnect/ remember your authentic self, all while connecting to our loved ones in spirit and letting go of the past!! Pretty epic meditation, enjoy the process and let us know how your experience was!!
Before the Meditation begins, Suzanne and Grace discuss pendulums, scrying and using your body as a pendulum, Suzanne then demonstrates this process before doing an EXTRA SPECIAL Spirit Board reading for Grace and for the collective of listeners.

Trieste using Grace’s chart to explain how to look at and “read” a Human Design Chart, what to look at first and how to continue exploring these ideas and connections on your own. Talking about the lines, colors and shapes in the chart, what they mean and how to understand how a chart is set up.
What the difference between the conscious and unconscious self is, and how Human Design shows us how to operate in our authentic self and how that helps us navigate day to day life challenges.

2:8 Steady as a Rock: October Energy Reading + Regathering your Roots Guided Meditation
Reflections on the energy of October, talking about themes of steadiness, standing your ground and spending a little time in the realms of nostalgia and inner child exploration this month. We are remembering our destiny and dreams for the future that we held as a child and reigniting our sense of possibility. Your personal desires are not trivial, it is not silly to to care for yourself. Creating steadiness and permanence within, even as the world around you is constantly changing and shifting. Reconditioning your inner sense of safety. Building and growing the ability to invision yourself grounded. Who you were doesn't have to be who you are now, you are the rock in the stream my babes, root where you are planted. Connecting with the root center is about building and creating structure and stability within.
We are also talking about connecting with the energy of the season, Halloween time, and how it can be a great time to explore your fears, to face them, embody them and release them, asking yourself what is scary to you? what are you afraid of? Using horror movies and costumes as a way into tune into that energy, and also as a indicator to show you what you are afraid of? and what is the root cause of that fear?
We discuss letting go and releasing resentment, it's okay to change your mind and remembering you cannot force others to heal, you cannot force others to change. Ending our conversation with a brief explanation of what is the inner child and what is a journey and how does a shamanic journey meditation work, before Grace guides us through a healing meditation.
Incorporating visualization and energy healing this meditation is centered around connecting with your honorable loving ancestors, regathering your roots and remembering aspects of yourself that are connected to them, connecting with your inner child and remembering your destiny, remembering who you wanted to be and allowing yourself to play with some of those ideas in your every day life, how can you show up more as the person your inner child wants you to be? and how can you heal parts of yourself to see you already are?
