Virginity tests on South Asian migrants at Heathrow Airport

In the 1970s, the Home Office and FCO were found to be administering so-called virginity tests on South Asian women coming to the UK.
These tests took place at the British High Commissions in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh as well as closer to home at Heathrow Airport.
She is joined by Dr Evan Smith of Flinders University to discuss the process and ramifications of this shocking procedure.
