While the answer is simple the process can be quite complex, so let's take some time today and dive into a few tried and true processes that will help you defeat your mind and win the day when you are going through or needed to establish this mindset in your life.

Ep. 21: All you gotta do is today...
Breaking down our big plans and tasks into actionable steps is important. Not doing this will set you up for failure guaranteed. So what does that look like? Let's dive in...
Ep. 20: Why I'm thankful for hard work.
Being active and being healthy is TOUGH. Somedays feel easier than others, but truthfully it's always going to have mostly difficulty attached to it. This is real life. Life is hard. If it's not, then you AREN'T growing. Here's why you should be thankful for hard work...
Everything has a price.
Whether it's time, energy, or monetary, everything has a price attached to it. What are you willing to pay to be healthy. What's the cost of not being healthy? Habits, quality food, gym memberships, stress management, and lots of sleep cost us, but it's the return that has the biggest payoff. Are you making enough deposits today for the big payoff or are you just wasting time, energy and resources?
What’s important in your life?
Consistency is key to your success
This might be an obvious statement, but from what I've seen it's tough to conquer. Success is born from being consistent, both in the gym and in your personal life. Let's talk a little about what that means for you.
Growth
We are in the growth business...all aspects of it: physical, emotional, and mental. As humans, one of our biggest drawbacks is that we want things to happen now instead of reaping the benefits of hard work and consistency later. All people new and old to the fitness space need to hear this...growth happens with focus and time. If you're not focused and not giving it time it simply won't matter what amount of effort you give. This episode covers the mentality of growth and the tools needed to see it through. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns hit us up at brandon@grapevinecrossfit.com. We'd love to hear from you!
What’s your water intake look like?
