Our Change Makers series shines a spotlight on some amazing people who are doing incredible work to help others and for Episode One, I chated to Lauren Bright from Operation Smile South Africa, with whom we've had a long relationship and have witnessed first-hand how awesome Lauren and her team are. Operation Smile has for a long time provided life changing surgeries to anyone with cleft lip or palette. Essentially giving them their smile back.
