Listen up Freshman! This episode is all about you! Izzy, Mary, and Anthony, three rising high school seniors answered your commonly asked questions about high school. We know high school may seem scary or nerve-racking, or maybe your not even scared or nervous at all. The topics we cover in this episode are things we wish we knew coming into high school that we regret learning later on when it was too late. Tune in to hear what they have to say as they unveil the truth about high school and everything that comes with it.

Today’s episode is in collaboration with Each Mind! Each Mind is run by an empowering group of teens, who aim to change the stigma and bring awareness to a variety of mental health topics amongst teens. One of these inspiring teens is Crystal, a junior in high school from Glendora, California. She will be talking about the teen mental health crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as sharing her own struggles, and how other teens can learn the skills necessary to manage the stress that comes with being a teen in the middle of a global pandemic.
