Keneisha is a 30-something professional who has worked for some of Fortune’s most valued companies and the world’s hottest brands since leaving undergrad (an HBCU – Thee Jackson State University in Jackson, MS).  Born to a single mother in the Dallas, Texas southside neighborhood of Oak Cliff, Keneisha saw the world beyond the stress in her mother’s eyes – but through the guidance of her mother’s voice, her teaching, and her intolerance for failure.  Today, Keneisha is a leader at her company, a mentor, a community outreach advocate, a sensible gun owner, an aspiring business owner, podcaster, and most importantly a VOTER! When asked about her superpower, Keneisha provided two:  1) Empowering women to own their own shit – their successes, their failures, their messes and mistakes, and getting up the next day to do it all over again or grow and 2) Wishing a Karen would!!

Cyronica is a 30-something nonprofit professional, working on building a personal brand to empower women to move beyond the title. A graduate of The University of Oklahoma, where she met her husband, with whom she has a blended family of four boys. Born in Dallas, Texas and grew up in Oak Cliff, that’s my hood! Cyronica is currently studying for the CFRE and is the cohost of Tea with Mimosas with Keneisha. When asked about her superpower, Cyronica provides two: 1) Never be afraid to ask 2) The importance of relationships in anything that you do!
