New year, new goals. Let's keep rocking the fitness train

An interview. Sorry this took so long, life has been busier than anticipated

Thank you all for your support. This amazing challenge is just the beginning of my journey.

Nothing to say today. I'm not in a talkative mood.

Today I talk about some key observations about my habits and what I need to do going forward

I didn't record yesterday. I made it a family day.

5 days left when I wake up.

Future plans, running away with it, 30k goal.

I am down to the final week, the final stretch. I am looking forward to the next 7 days of pushing myself

When I wake up in the morning I will have 8 more days of #75hard and while talking to myself for this recording I stumbled into a goal I'm going to try to push myself to hit!

Reading through David Goggins Can't Hurt Me is really motivating me to want to push myself further and further

Buurrrr it cold outside

Clearing my mind and venting while on my 3 mile walk. Felt better when I got home.

Today I tried out a new walking path in an attempt to get me to 1 hour and 3 miles.

As I continue down this journey to my ultimate goals I find myself more and more inclined to do more when I have the chance! Today was another example of that.

I now begin a countdown to the end of my time with #75hard

Goal achieved - get under 244.4. Goal Achieved - walk 30k steps in a day. Goal Achieved - get some shut eye

Yes, tonight's second walk was a cold slap in the face of reality.

Since October 1st when I started #75hard I have now taken over 1 million steps!!

Do it

A day after dental surgery I am not feeling it. I do not want to get it in. I want to give up and take a break.

#75hard day 50 is complete. I have dropped 25 pounds and feel great. But today is an off day because of a dental procedure.

Ugh

Two days away from the 2/3rds point of this challenge

Today I took an early walk and then flubbed up.

Oh, delicious donuts got me drooling and a challenge for next year

Hopefully something more long form with a good friend coming soon.

Day 43 and I ramble about not sleeping

Sometimes I talk myself hungry

Took another midnight walk in 40 degree weather.

Cold and late. 40 degree walk.

I've lost 20 pounds and feel amazing!!

Half way home. 19 pounds down. Walks today in 56 and 51 degrees.

Got something planned, hopefully really soon.

I reversed the order of my recordings for this episode because the second recording had a message I felt was important.

I am loving my new Book but damn I screwed up on my water today

Routine

Forgive the wind that is blowing a bit at the beginning but it does clear up. Finished a book, hit a 30 hour fast and feeling great. Book #3 starts tomorrow @vegas_Fat on Twitter

On vacation but gotta say hi

Getting my walk in at almost midnight instead of just passing out. Hit 4 weeks and very proud of my determination through this program

Today was me listening to my fat voice all day long. By the end of the day I was just ready to give up and quit because my head wasn't in the right place. After a long conversation with myself I hit the elliptical to make sure I didn't give up. @vegas_fat on Twitter
