GulchCast • 06.13.2016 - A Conversation with Howard Scott Warshaw
Michelle & Kenny are joined by a very special guest, Howard Scott Warshaw, former member of Atari's first-party developer team and designer of the Atari 2600 games Yars' Revenge, Raiders of the Lost Ark and the infamous adaptation of E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial. We'll talk to him about his time at Atari, what went wrong with the company, whether E.T.'s failure is really to blame for the video game crash of 1983, and his decision to leave the computer industry behind to become a therapist and counselor for tech professionals in Silicon Valley.
