Cikitsa - Repair and Recover
This is the final episode in a series on why we practice what we practice across a lifetime of Yoga. In this episode, we discuss cikitsa or therapy. Cikitsa practices may be needed at anytime during our life if we fall ill or get injured. They are intended to help us repair and recover so we can return to our rakšana (or śikśana) practices.
