Adult Gymnastics with Gina Paulhus
Gina Paulhus is the owner of www.adult-gymnastics.com.  She supplies adult gymnastics information to where you can find out about competitive adult gymnastics meets, camps, and training tips.  Gina is also the founder of the first all adult gymnastics camp that is held in Portsmouth, New Hampshire during the winter and summer.  She is the administrator of the Facebook Group, "Just Like Fine Wine...Adult Gymnastics."  This Facebook Group has over 3000 members and counting.  Please like her Facebook Page for support or go to her website at www.adult-gymnastics.com for more information.

Wendy Hilliard - The First Black Rhythmic Gymnast on the U.S. National Team
Wendy Hilliard was the First Black Rhythmic Gymnasts on the U.S. National Team. She also  was the First Black President of the Women's Sports Foundation.  Wendy coached a 1996 Olympian.  She was an Olympic Sportscaster and Broadway performer.  She was a Director of Sports for the NYC 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Bid.  In 1996, Wendy founded the Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation (WHGF) in NYC.  This foundation provides free and low cost gymnastics to over 20,000 Urban youth in NYC.   In 2016, the foundation expanded to Detroit.  Wendy now lives in Harlem with her husband, Robert, and her two sons, Kennedy, and Bailey.  Please visit www.wendyhilliard.org for more information.
