Yoga for dummies: I am no yoga expert so I am starting easy. I have chronic pain from an injury so I have to adapt my exercises and expectations to fit my reality. Being realistic and starting out small means I can make real changes. Opening myself up to new experiences at any age means I am always learning. How to clean your vacuum. Roomba, regular and robot vacuums. Usually long hair wraps around the rollers and brushes. This can stretch and burn out belts and make vacuums stop working. I use a seam ripper (available in sewing section of stores) or scissors to cut the long hairs and make them easy to remove. January is a grwat time to stop shaving your legs and start a new way of hair removal using an epilator. Hair removal waxes often contain latex so if you have a latex allergy, there are some other options. Save money by cleaning your disposable razor and keeping it dry between uses ao you can keep using it for months or longer.

How to declutter to get the home you want. 6 Tips to make a plan for your happy useful space. It used to be a room of stress, now it is peaceful and relaxing. I am showing my spare bedroom now, and took pictures of my mess when I was overwhelmed with chaos. Taking pictures at the beginning, middle, and end stages helped me stay motivated. I realized it doesn't have to be perfect. Just having less mess made me feel so much better. Being able to use the room for guests felt great andwas worth the effort of decluttering and facing my feelings.

Occipital Nerve Block Injections/Needles are helping me have hope for migraine and headache relief. These injections teach the nerves how to turn off or at least send less intense level pain signals. Each time I get the needles I notice temporary and long term pain relief. The plan of getting them regularly is to lessen the severity of the pain signals sent and therefore lessen symptoms. No, I was a trendsetter by staying true to my health goals and saving money priorities. Take that situation to distance yourself from haters...or just realize they didn't mean anything bad, they just don't understand.
Seasonal Affective Disorder affects many people so I take advantage of sunshine and positive books to restore my mood, motivation and happiness. Taking a few moments for self care is necessary and important. During the cold dreary winter months it is even more important to find motivation and surround yourself with positive people and experiences. Mastin Kipp, Marie Kondo and Josephine Beintema have inspired and motivated me through their books to expand my mind and refocus. Mastin Kipp is a motivational speaker and has a great mindset. Marie Kondo really does show me the life changing magic as I follow many of her ideas. Josephine Beintema's clean romance books let me escape my hectic busy stressful life. Josephine Beintema has also written a book called - Hungry No More.: How a Food Addict Stopped Eating Her Emotions. This book addresses a lot of the mental/emotional work and shows me I am not alone in my struggles and the work I am doing. I am choosing Marie Kondo's Spark Joy mindset for my future as I address all of the clutter, and those thoughts and emotions attached to my messy house and mind. I can let go of what doesn't serve me. Mastin Kipp is teaching me to work on my trauma and reclaim my power from traumatic experiences and toxic people. I am worth 5 minutes of self-care as I sit and soak up the sunshine. I am worthy of love and sunshine!
I planned a GYST day and got lots done despite feeling awful and being in bed most of the morning. Multitasking by running multiple appliances while organizing my schedule for the week ahead, and doing some housework means I get a lot done in a short period of time. Take a load off your mind by writing everything down and putting it in your phone so you can be less stressed and sleep better. I am better organized and remember to do and bring what I need to appointments and everyday errands.
