Self Discipline, Oh! That is a toughie
Life is full of laws that both govern and explain behaviors, but the law of sowing and reaping may well be the major law we need to understand for every disciplined effort there are multiple rewards and so the first thing to know is that discipline equals success and rewards. And so you just got to keep drilling that into your mind. Know that the fact that discipline equals freedom. The more discipline you have as a human, the more freedom you have, which is completely counterintuitive.  People think, oh, you're living this disciplined lifestyle, so that means you don't have any freedom and it's actually the exact opposite. I have freedom because I have discipline. I have financial freedom because I have financial discipline. I have more time, I have more time because I had the discipline to get up in the morning. Discipline is a pathway to creativity. The most important variable in behavior change is forcing yourself to behave differently than you feel.

How to Avoid Thinking Traps
Perception is based on what you are feeling rather than what is really going on. I really believe that this is the cousin to the law of attraction. So if you're basing things on what you're feeling and you're tired and you're grumpy and you're thinking everything sucks, guess what, that's what's going to happen.

The 4-letter word that would let you go through anything
Learn to hear your fixed mindset voice. You know what, those limiting beliefs? When they pop up in your head, you can label them. Once you label them, you can break them apart. We have the tendency to marvel at national talent and overlook the importance of effort. Surveys show that we commend people and putting the effort, but we don't actually believe it can compete with national talent. Recognize that you have a choice.

How To Turn A Bad Day Around
Thoughts To Ponder: - If you build your raft before you get in to the storm, you gonna have those tools at the ready. - If you have no attachment to that expectation, then you don't get as frustrated and as riled up.   You just can't get all frustrated if your expectation isn't super rigid. - If you are not happy poor, you are not gonna be happy rich. Whether you think you will or not, there is nothing, zero, that substantiate that.

How to build Resilience
Don't label things as good or bad, We just need to stop labeling. If you label things as bad, it feels bad. And that's what takes you down the rabbit hole. So, you know, things are just information and they either feel good or they don't feel good and they're either what you expect or what you don't expect.  You really want to do is invest in the process, not the outcome. So again, it's that perception of what we think it should be. What is a great life?  A great life is just the accumulation of a bunch of great days and what is a great day The accumulation of a bunch of great moments and great moments are of joy and finding the lesson and overcoming and detachment. Whether you believe you're meant for something better or you believe it's the end of the world, you are right. It's just what you believe.

Finding Your Purpose (Where is it hiding)
(I think) What holds people back a lot from their purposes, they think they're not good enough for it. And they're looking to be perfect at it before they can go out and say it's their purpose. I want to have really deep and enriching relationship... I want to laugh with people, I want to grow with people, I want to challenge them. I want them to challenge me, Um, I just want to spend time getting to know people. And so anyway, that's my definition. I believe it's more important to live your life on purpose. And with purpose than it is to know your purpose. So don't keep beating yourself up if you don't know what it is.

The other F word - FEAR
It is just about being okay with your imperfection and that you aren't good enough. You are good enough exactly how you are. You are good enough. Exactly how you are. Write that down please. I am good enough exactly as I am.  What if the universe was like that It gives you stuff. It's not stuff that you want, but it's exactly what you need for your group regardless of whether or not you believe the universe is friendly. If you believe the universe is friendly, you're life would improve dramatically.

How To Stop Judging And Being Judged
Judging someone does not define who they are. It defines who you are. Research has found that people tend to overestimate personality and underestimate the situation when making attribution's, especially with people they don't know. And just because they're not on your road doesn't mean they've gotten lost or that they're wrong or that they're worse than or that you're better than they're just on a different path. But everybody wants the same thing. Everybody wants fulfillment and happiness and joy and to be loved. They're just on a different path and it looks different than yours and it might seem like it's on the other side of the world than yours. But remember the planet keeps turning in. The Sun always shines on a different side.

Secrets to Success
In order to seek to understand, we must learn to listen. Most people do not listen with the intent to understand... most people listen with the intent to reply.  Listen a lot more and ask more questions than you are talking.     Know that the universe is abundant for everyone...
