Harnessing Wellness is a podcast on topics related to harnessing psychological wellness and equine assisted therapy. A variety of topics are discussed on mental health, stress and some challenges related to the pandemic of COVID-19.
Equine Assisted Therapy, horses, wellbeing and how they can be incorporated into therapy are discussed. Various equine professionals are interviewed about how they work with horses and care for them in various capacities. This podcast is in no way a substitute for therapy, rather designed for educational and informational purposes.
