Episode 34: Shaq Quarterman
This week former Miami Hurricane and current Jacksonville Jaguar Shaq Quarterman joined the show!
During his time at Miami, Quarterman started in every game that he played in. In 2018 he was named to the All-ACC First Team after being named to the All-ACC 2nd Team the season before. The Orange Park, FL native was selected in the 4th round of the 2020 NFL Draft by the Jags.

Episode 33: Corn Elder
This week we had former Miami Hurricanes DB/Return Specialist Corn Elder on the show! The Nashville, TN native played at Miami from 2013-2016 where he recorded 27 PBU, 3 INT, 158 TOT, 11.5 TFL, 6 SACK, & 4 FR. During his senior season in 2016-2017, Elder was named to the All-ACC First Team by ACC coaches, and he led the team in PBUs (12) for the second straight season. Elder would go on to be selected by the Carolina Panthers in the 5th round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

We had former Miami Hurricanes QB Stephen Morris on this week's episode! During his time at Miami, Morris passed for 7,896 yards, 49 TDs and 30 INTs. After leaving Miami, Morris would sign with the Jaguars as an un-drafted FA in 2014. We spoke with him about his time at Miami, the current team and so much more! Check out this week's episode!
Episode 27: Matt Walters
This week we had former Canes DT Matt Walters on the podcast! Walters was a member of the 2001 National Championship team and during that season he made one of most memorable plays of the season when he deflected a pass that Ed Reed picked off and took 80-yards to the house to keep Miami's Rose Bowl hopes alive. During the 2001 season Walters was: 2nd on the team in tackles (66 tackles, 29 solo), 4th on the team in tackles for loss (8 TFL), and also recorded 3 sacks. Episode 26: Rocky McIntosh
This week we had former Miami Hurricanes LB Rocky McIntosh on the podcast! During his time at Miami, McIntosh recorded 177 total tackles, 22 TFL, 4 sacks and 2 FF fumbles. McIntosh was drafted by the Washington Football Team 35th overall in the 2006 NFL draft. He would go on to play in the NFL from 2006-2013 where he registered 370 tackles, 9 sacks, and 8 forced fumbles. Check out this week's episode!

This week we had former Miami Hurricanes Linebacker Michael Pinckney on the show! Pinckney was a standout player his time in Coral Gables. He was named a Freshman All-American in 2016 and during his time with the Canes he played in 49 games where he recorded 42 tackles for loss, 3 interceptions and 267 total tackles. Episode 21: Daryl Jones

This week former Miami Hurricanes WR Daryl Jones joined the show! Jones played at Miami from 1997-2002 where he was a member of the 2001 National Championship Team. During his time at Miami, Jones played an integral role in helping develop the receiving corps and when he graduated from The U, he was the most accomplished track/football athlete in school history. Jones was known for his blazing speed and his ability to stretch opposing defenses. Now Jones is a preacher and spends time with his wife and children. We spoke with Jones about some of his best memories at Miami, why he eventually decided to move from Texas and commit to Miami, and so much more. Check out this week's episode!
Episode 20: Alonzo Highsmith & Melvin Bratton
This week we had former Miami Hurricanes Alonzo Highsmith and Melvin Bratton on the show! During his time at Miami, Highsmith rushed for 1,914 yards (second in school history at the time) 25 career touchdowns (tied for first in school history at the time) and he was inducted into the UM Hall of Fame in 1997. Bratton was a starter on the 1987 National Championship team and when he finished at Miami he was third in UM history in receptions (192) and 8th in UM History in all-purpose yardage (2,455). Episode 19: DJ Williams
This week we had former Miami Hurricane DJ Williams on the show! Williams was a leader on the 2001 National Championship team and during his time at Miami, he only lost four games. In 2004, after a fantastic college career, Williams was selected 17th overall in the 2004 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos where he would go on to spend 9 season with the team. Episode 18: Kareem Brown
This week Kareem Brown joined the show! Brown played at Miami from 2003-2006 before being selected in the 4th round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. During his time at The U, Brown tallied 97 tackles (18 TFL), 9.5 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles. Episode 17: Manny Navarro
This week Manny Navarro joined the show! In September of 2018, Navarro joined The Athletic as the beat writer for the University of Miami. He is the host of the Wide Right podcast where he talks about everything Miami Hurricanes Football. Navarro started his career at the Miami Herald in October of 1995, and during his 23 years at the paper, he covered the Hurricanes, Heat, Marlins and high school sports. Episode 16: Blake James
This week, University of Miami Athletic Director Blake James joined the show! James began his career in athletics working in ticket and corporate sales. After working in various roles at Miami, Nebraska, and Providence James was hired as the Athletic Director at the University of Maine. James spent seven years as at AD at Maine before returning to Coral Gables in 2010. From 2010 to 2012 James would serve as the Senior Associate Athletic Director, before being named the Interim AD at UM in October of 2012. The interim title would be removed in February of 2013 and James has served as the AD at Miami ever since. We spoke with James about what the 2021 football season will look like, the new NIL law and so much more. Check out this week's episode!
Episode 15: Najeh Davenport
This week former Miami Hurricanes RB/FB Najeh Davenport joined the show! Davenport played at The U from 1997-2002 where he rushed for 830 yards and 13 TDs. After college, Davenport was selected in the 4th round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. During his time in the league, Davenport rushed for 1,819 yards and 13 TDs across eight years. We spoke with Davenport about his best memories while at Miami, his relationship with Coach Sol, and so much more. Check this week's episode out!

Episode 13: Mike James
This week Mike James joined the show! James played at Miami from 2009-2013 before being selected in the 6th round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Buccaneers. During his NFL career, James played for the Buccaneers and the Lions where he rushed for 351 yards. After breaking his ankle and battling concussions, James developed a dependency on opioids. Wanting to get his mental health right, James turned to cognitive therapy and cannabis. After marijuana worked for him, he wanted to help others choose cannabis instead of painkillers which led him to join Lion Order which sells medical marijuana in three states. We spoke with Mike about this, his time in the NFL and at Miami, his relationship with Larry Coker and so much more. Tune in!
Episode 12: Damione Lewis
This week, we had former Miami Hurricane and first round pick Damione Lewis on the show! Lewis joined the Hurricanes in 1996 and helped anchor the Hurricanes' defensive line from 1997-2000 after redshirting in '96. During the three seasons that Lewis played, he posted 220 tackles, 15.5 sacks, 5 forced fumbles and 1 fumble recovery. In 2001, Lewis was selected 12th overall by the St. Louis Rams. Lewis would play in the NFL from 2001-2010 where he recorded 244 tackles, 22.5 sacks and 4 forced fumbles. Currently, Lewis is coaching for the Seattle Seahawks as a defensive assistant/defensive line coach. Episode 11: Brock Berlin
This week, former Miami Hurricanes starting QB Brock Berlin joined the show! Berlin played at Miami in 2003 and 2004. During his time at Miami, Berlin led the Canes 19-5 record while throwing for 7,364 yards and 42 touchdowns. During his college career, Berlin went 3-0 vs FSU and 2-0 vs UF and he would be named to the All-ACC Second Team in 2004. We talked with Brock about his time at Miami, how the transfer portal & motivating players has changed, and what he is up to now. Check out the episode!

We spoke with Moss about his time at The U, what projects he is working on now since football is over and he gave some advice to the current canes. This week we went hosted a show at the UM Sports Hall of Fame to kick off the celebrity fishing tournament. We spoke with the Hall of Fame executive director John Routh, and former Miami Hurricanes Brett Romberg (1999-2002) and Stephen McGuire (1989-1992).
Episode 8: Danny Valencia
This week we spoke with former Miami Hurricane and MLB player Danny Valencia. Valencia played at Miami in 2005 and was a part of one of the most talented teams in Miami Hurricanes baseball history. During his time in the bigs, Valencia played for 8 teams from 2010-2018 where he sported a career .268 batting average and hit 96 home runs during his big league career. We spoke with Danny about his time at The U, what life was like in the major and minor leagues, and his upcoming opportunity to play for team Israel in the upcoming Tokyo Olympic Games.
Episode 7: Ahmmon Richards
This week former Miami Hurricanes wide receiver Ahmmon Richards joined the show! Richards played at Miami from 2016-2018 until he was forced to medically retire from football after being diagnosed with a neck injury during the 2018 season. As a true freshman, Richards set the Freshman Miami record for receiving yards along with being named a Freshman All-American by ESPN. Richards is currently the CEO of Lgndary Sports which is a a sports agency that aims to serve talent and their families. We spoke with Ahmmon about his time at Miami, life after retirement, the current Canes squad and so much more. Check out this week's episode!

This week former Miami Hurricanes running back and current Seattle Seahawks running back DeeJay Dallas joined the show. We spoke with Dallas about his predictions for the 2021 Miami Hurricanes, his relationship with current and former Canes, his life in the NFL and some of the projects that he is working on including a new day in the life series that can be found on his YouTube channel
Episode 5: Clinton Portis
This week former Miami Hurricanes great Clinton Portis joined the show. Portis played at Miami from 1999-2002 and rushed for 1,200 yards as a member of the 2001 National Championship team. He was inducted into the UM Sports Hall of Fame in 2014. Portis played for the one season with the Broncos before being traded to the then "Washington Redskins" (now know as the Washington Football Team) where he would spend the rest of his career.

Episode 2: Jon Beason
This week, former Miami Hurricane Jon Beason (2003-2006) joined the show to talk about his time at The U, his NFL career, and the current state of the Miami program. Jon was drafted by the Panthers 25th overall in 2008 and played 7 seasons in Carolina and then 3 seasons with the Giants. During his NFL career, he registered 706 total tackles and 10 interceptions. He was a 3-time Pro-Bowler (2008-2010) and was named to First-Team All-Pro in 2008.
