We're setting ourselves a set of daily rules that we'll be sticking to for 75 days starting on Feb 20th. If we don't complete the daily rules before we go to sleep, we're starting at day 1 all over again!
The challenge is inspired by 75 HARD and is designed to improve wellbeing and mental toughness.
