How to Avoid Sh*tty Decisions by Leveraging your Intuition | w/guest Sunil Godse
In today's episode of "Letting it all hang out", I'm joined by Sunil Godse, Founder of Intuitionology! We chat about the power of intuition, what the heck it is, and how to leverage our own "signals" of intuition to our advantage to make better decisions... More about Sunil: His story began when he was just 5 years old, his father told him that he couldn’t have video games because they were too expensive, and yet, “something” inside told him to go door-to-door to raise money. $200 later, he eventually got his beloved video games. But, Sunil noticed that when he ignored these “somethings”, some not-so-good things would happen. He wasted time in a career that wasn’t meant for him, lost all of his life savings, and delayed meeting a good friend which unfortunately resulted in her being shot and killed. After spending thousands of hours on research and interviews, Sunil discovered that these “somethings” were signals that his intuition was sending him, and realized that when he trusted his intuition, he made decisions that always led to success, but when he ignored it, he ended up making one bad decision after another. And now from his years of research, he’s called to spread this message far and wide. Sunil’s Intuitionology project was created to help as many people change the way they make decisions by helping them sharpen their intuition to find success in every area of their lives. Here's how you can be involved in today's episode: Take Sunil's free 7-Day Challenge to understand in what ways your own intuition shows up in your everyday life and how you can strengthen your bond with it. How to Get your Money Back from Buying into False Beliefs
Whaddup y'all... In today's episode of "Letting it all hang out", we're joined by Joanna Vargas, founder of Get Up Girl! We dive into demolishing fears & false beliefs, pulling down walls, being a boss bitch, and women's sexual power. A bit about Joanna: She's a powerhouse entrepreneur. Right out of high school, Joanna never worked corporate and at 20 years old she formed her corporation, took all of her savings, and produced a dance showcase in Hollywood called The King of Pop. Using her keen street smarts and with no professional business training, she created Jayvee Dance studio by the time she was 24 and built that business to 700 students. As a true serial entrepreneur, Joanna sold that dance studio and prepared to design her next download (from The Universe). The Fit Factor Studio; a wildly successful brick and mortar fitness studio catering to women, their mindset, and living fully. In the process, Joanna’s own work-life philosophy, built on the principles of asking better questions and getting really curious about life, inspired her to make the choice to close the physical doors and go completely virtual with The Live Fully Academy. Now serving women all over the world with her three F’s; Form, Fundamentals, and Fun, as a new thought leader for Gen X and Millennial women. Here's how you can be involved in today's episode... Practice training your emotional compass/muscle; notice throughout the day when you feel lighter (happy, peaceful, etc) and when you feel heavier (frustrated, confused, jealous, etc). At the end of the day, write down what you felt and ruminate on what may have triggered those emotions (light or heavy). Share 1 thing that made you feel light with the hashtag, #ChooseLight  Learn more about Joanna here: - The Get Up Girl  - Live Fully Academy - Joanna's Instagram - LinkedIn Catch up with me (Haylee) here: - All my best content - Where I put the most pictures of my dog - Go support a Just Cause - Everything that is Haylee - My Venmo
