Look, this may surprise most, but there is no such thing as Constiutional Rights. Our Rights are granted to us by our Creator. The US Constiution, or more accuratly the Bill of Rights simply recognizes some of the rights that we have which the government is explicitly not allowed to infringe. Yet Constitutional Rights are getting more popular than Natural Rights. 

However, the Bill of Rights only covers some of our rights. But that doesn't Mean we don't have other natural rights the government can not infringe on. While it was intended to protect certain Rights, it appears that it has become a distraction. Another tool used by politicians and the government to distract and confuse the People. We have Rights independent of the constitution, with or without the Bill of Rights.
