This meditations will focus on the start of the year with opening up the heart to God and allowing God to be in the midst of all our motherhood experiences. We can rest in the Holy Spirit to speak to us and help us with the deep things we struggle with as mothers. I believe pregnancy and postpartum healing and recovery is not a pretty easy process, but making the necessary step by having a willing heart to God to work on us. This can be from taking care of you, learning to be a constituency, learning to take your time, learning to reward yourself and showing love to yourself. Or is there sin or bad habit that hindering you. In all of this God can be our main foundation to helping us.

Casting Care Unto the Lord 1 Peter 5:6-8
Have you been thinking about all the things that happen during pregnancy or that is happening during Postpartum time? Did you hear concerning news from your doctor? Or maybe you have mixed feelings about being a mother? This Meditation is focusing on 1 Peter 5:6-8, Casting what you really care about unto the Lord. The bible tells us that worry, anxieties, anxious thoughts, even fear. These spirits were not given to us. God calls us to do is to bring all things that make us feel worried, anxious, or even scared to Him. He also called us to bring our cares and deepest desire to Him as well. I will be guiding you through meditating on 1 Peter 5:6-8 , a short breathing exercise to calm thoughts and relax your body , and short visualization to help you have deep intimate time with God.

Recovery Psalms 62:5-8
This Meditation will focus on (Recovery: Kind of part 2 to Bed Rest mamas. Recovery from birth, from surgery, extended surgery or Recovery from all that you do as mother and time to just stop) might be a mama who is in antepartum stage. I remember that time being pregnant in the hospital and waiting around, getting a lot of testing done. I Pray and hope that this will help you during this time and know that God is with you and not alone.
