This episode will encourage you to know that who you are is in Christ Jesus. Your identity is not found in being a mom, career person, stay-at-home mom, single mom, wife, or any other position you have. These are an extension of us and the blessing that was given to us, however, our identity is founded in Christ. God knew you before he even gave you the education, the career, the baby/ the children, the husband, the hobby, etc. So be reminded that He has created formed and thought about you in the very beginning. The blood of Jesus is Imprinted in your DNA. In order to help to remember or get back to who you are, The exercise we will focus on is - Scripture Base "I am" Affirmations. - We take a moment to breathe, reflect on what God says about us and pray.   2. personalize bible passages. Replace it with  pronouns with you name
  3. Affirm God's goodness. ...
  4. visualize God's blessings. …
  5. Using the scriptures as affirmation over each thought
  6. Find a trust friend/ doula support Group  to help you and speak honey with
  7. Talk to your pastor, therapist  or mental about what your experience
  8. Speak to your Dr about  your thoughts.
  9. Don't do this alone
