Going round and round, giving yourself a headache, worrying and ultimately delaying action, getting frustrated and feeling stuck instead of moving forwards?
Overthinking can be a curse when we are mentally strong and like to think, deliberate and avoid making mistakes.
Having a pattern of thinking way too much is a root cause of procrastination and delaying getting on with stuff which inevitably causes self-frustration and we can often be (needlessly) really hard on ourselves about it.

The Exceptional Woman - Seriously?
On the way to being driven to achieve something we can often pick up misleading ideas.
One of these ideas for me was that I needed to be special in order to matter.
This is one example of what I call Gremlins - The inner thoughts that can play on repeat and ultimately hold us back.
