I'm joined by Oklahoma City and Tulsa The Franchise talk show host Sam Mayes, who is also a former All-American at Oklahoma State, about the Big 12 Conference in 2019, what his expectations are at the top of the conference, his thoughts on how Big 12 Media Days went down and much more! 

It was great to talk with Brandon Lowe of Fox Sports Charleston and discuss West Virginia Mountaineers football under new head coach Neal Brown, the success of the baseball team and what is going on with the basketball program. 

I really enjoyed talking some Iowa State Cyclones football with Trent Condon as we discuss Matt Campbell's streak of success, if Brock Purdy can keep it going in 2019 and how the team will handle missing some key pieces to graduation and the NFL Draft.
