For whatever reason, the enemy has convinced so many of us that failing is bad. That we are meant only to succeed because God said we would be successful. I am here to straighten the enemy out with the truth from scripture.
You were meant to fail - you were never made to do it all right. If that was the case there would be no need for God.

Consistency seems boring. Consistency isn't new and shiny. However consistency is the key to your growth.

It's just working out for 30 minutes a day
It's just 30 pounds to lose
It's just making a plan and sticking to it
Well if it really was as easy as we tell ourselves or make it sound to others...then why are we still dealing with obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases caused by nutrition choices and more?
Because it's not.
So let's break down these common sayings and how they are out of context to reality. Just as we misquote scripture, we misquote health myths too

So often we take a LOT for granted with our health, fitness, faith and LIVES.
Lets break down why the scale doesn't matter all that much and why it's not a good goal to base your success or motivation off of.

So often I hear women talk about their end game. They focus on getting to the end and finishing their race.
The problem is - when it comes to health, there is no end game. We continue to push and grow and learn.
We try to focus so hard on where we want to be, that we forget there is a middle we have to get through as well.
