This tapping is meant to help you let go of emotions and anxiety from a situation that happened this week that caught you off guard. Take a few minutes before you start to think about the way you felt and the situation, its okay to let the emotions start to fire up - your anger, fear, frustration, or hurt are part of who you are. This tapping will help you release those emotions as you think about the situation.
Take a moment after you get done to think or journal about any thoughts, people, colors, other events that come up and/or what shifted as you think about that situation that drove you a little bonkers earlier this week. I"m guessing if you rate the intensity on a scale of 1-10 (1 being low/10 high) it may have come down.
Good job taking care of yourself, and feel free to repeat this as often as you need it - and share it with your friends -they may need some extra support now as well. We're all working through this time together. Take care!
This episode is a gratitude tapping to help ground you as life changes around us. Affirming that we may be in a certain state allows us to try on what its like to say that out loud. If you feel twinges as you go through this about certain things we tap on, know thats possibly where your fear lies and allow yourself to relax and know YOU ARE OKAY.
I do have to say to you my friends, I was thinking about launching a tapping like this for you and I did a meditation with Douglas Marshall on theworldofdoug.com and he was my tipping point of inspiration.
I hope you all have space and time to continue to Tap. On a side note - this is good for people of all ages, littles and seniors as well, so share your tools and as always - Take Care!
Wanted to give you an additional tapping to help with the Hamster wheel, it will pop up when you least want it. I've had elite athletes, seasoned international speakers and CEO's, talk about the self-doubt and the voice that that pushes our fears forward.
We are all human, it happens to all of us at some point or another, no matter what level of income or fame you achieve, the wheel is a consistent part of most people. Lets tap on that, because if you really listen to it, you can tell some of the things its saying to you are outdated, and frankly if a friend told you that many times how much of failure you are, you'd probably un-friend them.
Lets start that process of releasing these thoughts and emotions, if partner this up with a gratitude tapping to help eliminate the emotions and fill the space in your mind with more fulfilling thoughts, you may get additional benefits. If your enjoying our time, please leave a positive review so others can also join our growing group!
Thank you and Take Care - Heather
When you have that voice that starts telling you you're not good enough, not smart enough, and gosh darn it you'll never succeed, its a leftover tape from a previous situation. It starts what I call the hamster wheel, the downward spiral that pushes our fears and insecurities to the surface. Some times it ends up holding us hostage. Lets tap on that and start to release those emotions, they are from an old wheel that needs some updating.
If you get any situations or images or thoughts that come up during this, please take a minute and write them down, then when you repeat this the next time - use that situation as your starting point. As always, congratulations on taking the initiative to help yourself release old emotions.
Nice job & Take care!
As much as we want to think we are always in control, there are things happening around us out of our control.
We can't control the weather, we can't control what people think of us, we can't control if our pets will bark at the mailman while you are on a conference call, or if your favorite colleague will leave the company. So take time when you get emotional to think about what is in your sphere of control.. your actions, your reactions to what others present to you.
When you do, you realize that working with whats in your control gives you so many more options, solutions, and ways to bring yourself forward.
Taking a moment to tap when you get anxious, stressed, frustrated or mad, will help you process and think about what you can do right now (in our control) to keep you moving through it. Shake your head at the rest, heck even laugh at how silly it is for you to try to control the rain outside.
Spend a few minutes tapping on things you are thankful for and take a few minutes for yourself to enjoy the sense of calm amid your life.
Take time to tap on yourself and release some tension and anxiety by building your affirmation practice. I'm so very thankful for you and for your work to help yourself move forward in this life, we only have today once - so enjoy it! Feel free to use this on a daily basis, and as often as you need it to help you move forward.
If you have trouble getting to sleep or you wake up in the middle of the night and can not get back to sleep, its okay. The best thing is to NOT tell yourself you need to go back to sleep. Use your tapping skills to help you allow your body and mind to relax, even if you do not fall back to sleep immediately, it will help you get into a meditative state. This has proven to be as beneficial as sleeping for most people. Above all, trust that your body will take care of you and that you are right where you should be. Take care - Heather

Episode #1. This is the way we set up for tapping. 9 main acupressure points are used and we go through them in this podcast.
Start using 2 or 3 fingers (your pointer, middle finger and next), and you can tap with either or both hands, the meridians we are tapping on run on both sides of your body.
Tapping 4-10 times gently on the 9 points will help you body release stress, release emotions and help you move forward to live a healthier life. Join me as we walk through the steps. We normally go through the sequence 3-4 times and will be adding words and sentences as we progress in the next few pod casts.
