It takes a lot of moving pieces to run a digital business that sells online courses. But the process of setting those pieces up doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

In this episode of Create, Market and Sell Your Online Course, we’re talking about the software and programs I use in my digital business and how we use those pieces to move mountains and create impact.

Here is the list of the software mentioned in the podcast: 

SLACK - a real-time chat software package that is used internally between team members

TRELLO - a project management system that is used to set timelines and deliverables related to second and third line projects in the company as well as internal growth goals

GOOGLE DRIVE - a folder and document management system used internally (and sometimes externally) to facilitate the creation, editing, and sharing of documents, spreadsheets, and databases

EMAIL - Gmail used internally and externally

GOOGLE CALENDAR - used internally and externally to set appointments and block times for projects

CALENDLY - external booking system to allow potential customers and existing customers to make appointments at their convenience; connects directly to Heather’s Google Calendar

CANVA - graphics tools for social media and internal documents

BUFFER - social media automation tool

ZAPIER - connects automated email cycles to the customer list in Mailchimp and Thinkific

THINKIFIC - learning management system which houses internal programs and is taught in TBMF to customers; also used for second and third line projects

MAILCHIMP - email management system for scheduling newsletters and receiving new email sign-ups for lead magnets

WORDPRESS - website building package connected to HOSTGATOR and GODADDY

ANCHOR - podcast hosting software

AUDACITY - podcast editing software

ZOOM - conference and consulting software; used to deliver office hours for core programs
