Heaven Awaits

After her surgery goes wrong, and due to some mishaps from the nurses caring for her, Ana ends up choking on some phlegm that just wouldn't come out and dies. During her experience, she witnessed multiple layers of Heaven with each containing different things. A few contained animals, while others had people on them. After reaching her final destination, she was forced to come back. 

After dining out before heading to a festival, Beatrice has an allergic reaction to something she ate, which causes her to lose consciousness.  During this episode, she finds that she is being pulled upwards towards Heaven when a voice reminds her that it isn't her time.
