Keto and One Meal A Day are diets that've been blowing up on socials. But are they sustainable? What impact does nutrition have on us long-term, both physically and mentally?

Cheslie Kryst | Hey, We Need To Talk About Cheslie Kryst | 'Hey, We Need To Talk Podcast' A podcast about mental health
In this episode I talk about Cheslie Kryst and the harmful stigma that depression carries, especially for professionals, academics, and overachievers.
Cheslie Kryst was renowned for her beauty and brains. Having won Miss North Carolina and then Miss USA in 2019, she was hailed for her resilience. A lawyer, athlete, musician and news correspondent she was America's perfect girl. But, on January 30, 2022, Cheslie died by suicide, much to the shock of the world. Her mom later confirmed that Kryst suffered from high-functioning depression, a diagnosis that the internet is having problems processing because to the world Cheslie Kryst was perfect.
This reaction of disbelief is a reminder that depression doesn't have a face, or profession and its sole identifier aren't people like Kanye West who go one to have breakdowns like Britney Spears. Depression presents itself in many forms.
Let's Talk About...Dating: "Should Women Be the Pursuers?" | S1 E2 with the Lion's Den Podcast
Valentine's is commminggg! Where's your...boyfriend? Host Sylene and guests King and Self of the Lion's Den Podcast give their thoughts on women pursuing men.
The trio dissect the re-surfaced Tobe and Fat love story video that's been making the rounds on the internet where a husband and wife admit that she - and not him - was the pursuer, despite numerous years long attempts from him to friendzone her. The internet was not pleased with the video - but we give our two cents on the principle of women being assertive in their pursuits.
We also talk about submission from both a modern AND a traditional (biblical) perspective, gender roles, public proposals and how men are entirely left out of valentine's day.
The fellas give game on how women can shoot their shot - while still remaining soft, feminine and approachable.
